How to use:

1. Remove the eye mask from the pouch (it will start warming up right away – use immediately after opening)
2. Tear along the perforation and hook it over your ears
3. Close your eyes while wearing the mask

• Do not use if you have any eye conditions, inflammation, injuries, swelling, or skin irritation in or around the eyes
